What We Do:
THE PAY-IT-FORWARD-PROGRAM: We install pool safety barriers at very competitive prices. All proceeds are donated to JACD: a non-profit 501 (C)(3) foundation.
POOL SAFETY BARRIERS for DCF FAMILIES: With the proceeds from pool safety barrier sales and fundraising events, in conjunction with help from our partners, we are able to pay for, and install, pool safety barriers for surrounding area DCF families in need.
SWIMMING LESSONS: With the proceeds from pool safety barrier sales and fundraising events, in conjunction with help from our partners, we are able to offer scholarships for swim lessons
LIFE SAVER POOL FENCE: Our partners at Life Saver Pool Fence donate a pool safety barrier to any family who has had a fatal or non-fatal drowning experience in their household. Our co-founder, Paul J. DeMello, is Life Saver Pool Fence’s CGO — Chief Giving Officer.
At JACD
We work closely with other agencies and foundations to end childhood drowning. We believe in prevention through education and awareness. Whether it’s at a public educational event, or supplying pool fencing or swim lessons for families in need, we hope to spread awareness throughout the community. Our partners in prevention include:
